Dave has been a resident of San Diego since 1970. He attended La Jolla High School and is a graduate of San Diego State University (SDSU) with an MA in Psychology. A licensed real estate broker since 1990, he has been practicing real estate in the La Jolla area for twenty-three years,  representing buyers and sellers of residential, multi-family apartment buildings, and commercial properties.

 Dave is an exceptionally skilled negotiator.  In fact, he is the only broker to sell a full block of La Jolla property!  And, he is the #1 referring broker in La Jolla.  With the boom in property values in La Jolla in recent years, Dave has on many occasions represented developers and investors with development projects in the La Jolla area.

From 1991-1995 he had his own publishing company where he successfully published serigraph prints marketing extensively to Japan.
